Where and how to find the leaders we need to drive the business forward?
For us, it’s not only about finding the right candidate and filling the position. In our approach we also take responsibility and will do the utmost to ensure that someone lands and integrates well, that mutual expectations are met and that the new hire makes a positive difference in the organization. Therefor our work does not stop when the position is filled. We will also review the onboarding program, facilitate new leader integration programs/meetings, and have regular and structured checks with the hiring manager, key stakeholders and the new hire, including -if needed- several coaching sessions. At acceptance of the assignment one third of the total fee will be paid, and the other two third will only be paid when after one year from hiring that person is still employed and meets certain key requirements.
